What makes Aromatherapy Massage different
Aromatherapy at Pink One Spa uses warmed aromatic oil applied generously across the body. Strokes become longer and slower because the oil glides farther. The rhythm is meditative. The whole experience is sensory — warmth, scent, slow pace combined to signal "rest" to the nervous system unusually effectively. Most guests describe it as the most "spa-like" of our six services.
This is the right service when you want the experience to feel like a real escape, not just bodywork. Post-flight skin restoration, post-pool day hydration, stress restoration after a hard week, or simply a monthly indulgence. Unscented oil available for any guest who prefers it — just ask at check-in.
Who Aromatherapy Massage is for
Pick Aromatherapy if you want the full sensory experience, post-flight or dry-climate skin reset, or restorative unwinding without targeting specific tension. Pair well with monthly self-care visits rather than weekly maintenance — the slower pace benefits from being a "special" service.
Aromatherapy is not the right pick if you have a specific tight knot — for that, our Deep Tissue Massage is the better match. If you want lighter pressure without the aromatic oil, try Swedish Massage or Relaxation Massage.
What a 60-minute Aromatherapy session covers
The therapist starts at your back. Warm aromatic oil is applied across the area before working. Long flowing strokes glide continuously, slower than a typical Swedish. After 25 to 30 minutes, the turnover. Another 25 to 30 minutes work the front of the legs, the arms, the head. By minute 30 most guests are mostly asleep. By minute 55 it feels like the session just began. 60 minutes goes fast.
Pricing — honest and flat
$40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes. Same flat pricing as all our other services. Cash and major credit cards accepted. Tipping is voluntary.

Will the oil leave my skin greasy?
Mildly residual, not heavy. Most guests feel a soft skin sheen for a few hours after, which actually helps with dry-climate hydration. Wear loose comfortable clothing on the way home rather than a fresh white shirt. A quick shower removes any remaining residue.
What if I have a scent allergy?
Just tell the front desk at check-in. We use unscented oil for any guest who requests it — about one in five guests prefers unscented. Same technique, same warmth, same pressure, no aromatic layer.
Is Aromatherapy good for sore muscles?
Helps general tightness and post-activity soreness. For deep tight knots specifically, our Deep Tissue service uses firmer focused pressure and is a better match. Aromatherapy is the gentler, more sensory experience.
