What Combination Massage actually combines
Combination Massage at Pink One Spa is the most flexible service on our menu. Your therapist blends elements from Swedish, Deep Tissue, and sometimes warm Aromatherapy oil into one session — adjusting the mix based on what your body actually needs that day. Some Swedish-style flowing strokes through the back and shoulders. Firmer Deep Tissue work on the specific knot you mentioned. Maybe warm oil on tired skin if that fits the day.
This is the right service when you want a bit of everything rather than committing to a single technique. Many of our repeat regulars in San Diego settle into Combination as their default after trying our other services individually.
Who Combination Massage is for
Pick Combination if you have multiple things going on — tight hamstrings AND general stress AND a specific shoulder knot, for example. Also good for return guests who have tried our other services and now know which elements they want in their personal mix. First-time guests can pick Combination too — just tell the therapist what your body is feeling at check-in.
What a 60-minute Combination session covers
The therapist starts with a quick conversation. Where does your body need work today? Any specific tight zones? Then the session designs around those answers. A typical 60-minute Combination might be 30 minutes of Swedish-style flowing strokes covering back, shoulders, and legs, 20 minutes of Deep Tissue focused work on the most-tense zone, and 10 minutes of warm-oil gliding to finish. The mix shifts week to week as your body's needs shift.
Pricing — honest and flat
$40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes. Same flat pricing as all our other services — Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Couples. No combination premium. Cash and major credit cards accepted. Tipping is voluntary.
