Who Swedish Massage is for
Pick Swedish if you want gentle relaxation rather than firmer focused work. First-time spa guests, weekly self-care regulars, late-evening unwinders before sleep, and anyone whose goal is calm rather than tension release. The pressure stays in the light-to-medium range throughout and the rhythm is steady.
Swedish is not the right pick if you have a specific tight knot — for that, our Deep Tissue Massage with firmer focused pressure works better. If you want the warm aromatic oil experience, try Aromatherapy Massage instead.
What a 60-minute Swedish session covers
The therapist starts face-down at your back — about 25 to 30 minutes of long flowing strokes warm the back, shoulders, neck, arms, and back of the legs. The pressure stays consistent and gentle. After the turnover, another 25 to 30 minutes work the front of the legs, the arms, the head, finishing with light closing strokes. By the end most guests describe deeply quiet body and slowed breathing.
30-minute Swedish sessions focus on either upper body (back, shoulders, neck) or lower body (legs, feet). The gentle pace makes the shorter session feel calmer than a 30-minute Deep Tissue because nothing is being pushed.
Pricing — honest and flat

Frequently asked
Is Swedish Massage good for first-time guests?
Yes — Swedish is the most-recommended first-time service at Pink One Spa. The pressure is forgiving, the rhythm is calm, and the experience matches what most people picture when they think of professional massage. About a third of our walk-in guests are first-timers.
Can I get a Swedish Massage at 10 PM?
Yes — Pink One Spa is open 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 days a week. Swedish Massage is available at the same flat $40 / 30 min or $60 / 60 min pricing every hour we are open. Late-evening Swedish sessions are popular for guests winding down before sleep.
Will Swedish Massage help with ongoing lower-back tightness?
Mildly — the gentle pressure uses gentle pressure to relax surface muscle tension and support everyday comfort. For deeper tight knots or specific tight areas, our Deep Tissue session uses firmer focused pressure and is a better match.
