We accept walk-in guests during all open hours (9:30 AM – 11:30 PM, 7 days a week). Chat or call to book. During busy periods, walk-in guests may be asked to wait briefly while a private room becomes available; we will give an honest wait estimate at check-in.
If you would like to confirm room availability or coordinate timing in advance, you can chat with us through our website, call (619) 319-1551, or simply walk in.
If you arrive late for an arranged session, the session may need to be shortened to keep our schedule on track for other guests. There is no late fee.
The confirmed services are full body massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and oil massage, with private rooms and walk-ins welcome.

We provide a private room and a place to set down your clothing and small personal items during your session. Pink One Spa is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of valuables. Please do not bring large amounts of cash, jewelry, or expensive electronics into the session room.
Because each session is provided in real time by a specific therapist, completed sessions are not refundable. If you are unhappy with any part of your visit, please tell the front desk before you leave so we can make it right at the time. We cannot refund or credit a session after you have left the premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Pink One Spa, its owners, and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit or your use of this website. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session at issue.
